Terms and Conditions
These are the rules for using dianaanddamien.com. They are written in plain English on purpose. By using the site, and especially by buying a membership or a PPV package, you agree to them.
The site is owned and run by Soft Media LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. When we say "we" or "us", that is who we mean — and in practice it is the two people you see in the videos. Payments are handled by CCBill, our payment processor.
Adults only
Everything here is explicit and made by two consenting adults. By using this site you confirm that you are 18 or older and of legal age where you live, that you are choosing to see sexually explicit material, and that it is lawful for you to do so where you are. If any of that is not true, please leave.
You also agree not to let anyone under that age use your access.
What a membership gets you
A membership is a licence to watch, for as long as it is active. It is not a sale of the videos or the photographs themselves, and it does not transfer any ownership to you. A PPV package is different: you pay once and it stays unlocked on this site for good, even after a membership ends.
We add to the site constantly and we sometimes change or retire things. What is in a membership on the day you join is what we have that day; it is not a promise that every item stays forever.
Your username, your password, your devices
You sign in with a username and a password you choose yourself. We never ask for your real name or your email address. If you forget the password, the recovery code we show you once at set-up is the way back in.
- Keep them to yourself. Your username and password are your membership. Sharing them is the one thing that genuinely takes money out of two people's pockets, and it is a breach of these terms.
- Your devices are yours. Sign in on your phone, your laptop, your headset — that is expected. We keep a list of the devices signed in so you can sign them out, and so we can see when a sign-in has escaped.
- Tell us if it gets out. Lost phone, shared by accident, anything — email us and we will reset it. Until you tell us, anything done with your sign-in is on your account.
- We will never ask you for your password or your recovery code. Not by email, not ever. Nobody from here will.
What you can and cannot do with what you see here
Everything on this site — every video, photograph, and word — belongs to us. It is our own bodies and our own life, and it is the only thing we have to sell. Your membership is for your own private enjoyment.
So, plainly: do not copy it, post it, sell it, share it, stream it to anyone else, or feed it to anything that generates images or video. Do not strip our name off it. Do not put it on a tube site. If we find our own faces somewhere we did not put them, we will use every remedy we have, and we will close the account it came from without a refund.
Downloads
The VR files are downloads — that is the point of them. A headset needs the actual file, so members and VR buyers get signed download links from the tape's page. Everything else on the site streams in your browser and is not offered as a download.
A VR file you have downloaded is still licensed to you under the section above — yours to keep and watch, never yours to pass on. Download links are personal to you and time-limited; open the tape again whenever you need a fresh one. Do not post a link, and do not try to get at content you have not paid for.
Paying, renewing, and cancelling
- Memberships renew automatically until you cancel — every 30 days for the monthly plan, every 365 for the yearly one. CCBill emails you a receipt and a reminder before any renewal.
- You can cancel at any time, in two clicks from the link on your receipt or through CCBill's consumer support at support.ccbill.com. Cancelling stops the next charge; your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Prices can change, but never for a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a renewal at a new price.
- If a renewal payment fails, CCBill will try again for a short while and then the membership lapses. We do not charge a fee for a failed payment.
Refunds have their own page, and it is short: read the Refund Policy. How things reach you is on the Delivery Policy page — nothing is ever shipped.
If you do not recognise a charge
Please write to us first, at softboydamien@gmail.com. One of the two of us answers, and we can fix almost anything faster than a bank dispute can. CCBill's consumer support at support.ccbill.com is open 24 hours a day and can find any charge from the card number.
If a card is genuinely being used by somebody who should not have it, tell us and tell your bank — we will help, and we will close the account.
Giving us an email address is optional, and joining does not sign you up for anything. If you ask for updates when we post something new, that is the only thing we will send you. Every one has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or rent your email address to anyone, ever. The rest is in our Privacy Policy.
We will always send the things you cannot opt out of — receipts, renewal reminders, and anything about your account.
Closing an account
You can stop being a member at any time by cancelling. We can close an account, without a refund, if someone shares their sign-in, redistributes our content, tries to break into parts of the site they have not paid for, lies about their age, or abuses us. We would rather email you about it first, and usually will.
Copyright, records, and complaints
- Someone else's copyright. If you believe something here infringes yours, our notice procedure and our designated agent are on the DMCA page. We respond quickly and we terminate repeat infringers.
- Records. Our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement is on the Legal Record page. Everyone depicted on this site was over 18 at the time of filming.
- Anything else. If something on this site should not be here — including anything you are in — the Complaints & Content Removal page tells you how to reach us and how fast we act.
Trafficking and abuse
Nothing on this site may be used to promote or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, or physical abuse, and we will not knowingly do business with anyone who does. Everyone who appears on this site is an adult who consented to being filmed and to the content being published, and anyone who appears here can withdraw that consent at any time — how, and how fast we act, is on the Complaints & Content Removal page. If you see anything here that suggests otherwise, tell us at softboydamien@gmail.com. We act on it immediately, not within seven days.
No bots, no deepfakes
Everything on this site is really us. Nothing here is generated, synthesised, or performed by anyone other than the two people in it, and we do not use anyone else's likeness. We mean this as a promise to you, and we hold ourselves to it. There is more about how we do and do not use AI on this page.
The legal part
No warranty. The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, and we do not warrant that the information on it is complete or current. We try hard, but we are two people and a website.
Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Soft Media LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability to you will not exceed what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your own equipment. You are responsible for the device and the internet connection you use to reach the site.
Changes. We may update these terms as the site changes. If we change something that matters, we will say so on this page and date it. Carrying on using the site after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Michigan. If a court finds one part of this agreement unenforceable, the rest still stands.
