Complaints & Content Removal

If something on this site should not be here, tell us and we will look at it. This page explains how to report it, what we do next, and how to appeal if you disagree with the outcome.

How to report

Email softboydamien@gmail.com with the subject line Complaint, and include:

• the web address (URL) of the page, or the tape or photo-set number;
• what the problem is — for example: you appear in the content and did not consent to it being published; you believe someone in it was under 18 when it was made; it is your copyrighted work (see our DMCA page); or another concern;
• how we can reach you about the outcome.

You do not need an account to make a report, and you may report anonymously — but without a way to reach you we cannot tell you what happened.

What we do

• We review every complaint and resolve it within seven business days of receiving it.
• If a report says that a person shown in the content did not consent to its publication, or was under 18 when it was made, that content is removed from the site while we review — not after.
• If we confirm the complaint, the content stays down permanently. If a report concerns unlawful content, we report it to the appropriate authorities as the law requires.
• Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA process.

Appeals

If you disagree with a decision — either as the person who reported, or as someone whose content was removed — reply to the decision email within 30 days and say why. The appeal is reviewed again by a person who did not make the first decision, and we answer within seven business days.

Who appears on this site

Everyone shown in sexually explicit content on this site was over 18 when it was made and agreed to it being made and published. Records are kept as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Anyone who appears on this site may withdraw consent to publication at any time by writing to the address above; we remove the content and confirm in writing.
