Privacy Policy

This page says what dianaanddamien.com knows about you and what it does with it. It is written in plain English on purpose. The short version: we know as little as we can get away with, we never sell or share it, and the card you pay with never touches our servers.

The site is owned and run by Soft Media LLC, a Michigan limited liability company — in practice, the two people you see in the videos. This policy covers dianaanddamien.com, including The Soft Archives at /the-soft-archives/. It does not cover OnlyFans, Fansly, PornHub, Patreon or any other site we link to; each of those has its own policy.

Adults only

Everything here is explicit and meant for adults. By using the site you confirm you are 18 or older and of legal age where you live. The "I'm 18+" acknowledgement you click is remembered by your own browser and never sent to us. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18; if you believe someone under 18 has used the site, email us and we will deal with it.

What we do not collect

The only thing we ask you to make up is a username and a password, after you pay. We do not ask for your name, your email address, your date of birth, your phone number or your postal address, and we do not store your IP address, your location, or a log of what you watched and when. A membership is a username, a password and a recovery code, nothing more. If we ever add optional email alerts for new content, giving an address will be your choice, and we will use it for that alone.

Visiting without signing in

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they open, roughly where in the world they are and what kind of device they use. It sets cookies in your browser and reports to Google under Google's privacy policy. We look at totals, not at individual visitors. A browser setting or an ad blocker stops it, and the site works exactly the same without it.

Server logs. Like every web server, our host (HostGator) keeps ordinary access logs — the address a request came from, the page asked for and the time. They exist to keep the site running and to spot abuse; we do not use them to identify anyone, and they are rotated by the host.

Preview clips from other sites. The free timeline plays short preview clips from RedGifs and free versions of some tapes from PornHub. When one of those plays, your browser fetches it from that site, which sees your visit under its own policy. Nothing else on our pages loads from an advertising or tracking network.

Things your browser remembers for you. The 18+ acknowledgement, your ♥ picks and ✓ watched marks, and where you left off are kept on your own device so the site can be useful without an account. They stay there until you clear your browser data.

If you are a member

When you choose your username and password we create one small record. It holds:

• the username you chose, and a member id that is a one-way hash of the private key behind your account — never the key itself;
• your password and recovery code as hashes — we cannot read them back, and neither can anyone who takes the file;
• what your account unlocks — the membership and any PPV packages you have bought;
• your ♥ picks and ✓ watched marks, so they can follow you between devices;
• one row per signed-in device: computer, phone or tablet, the day it signed in and the day it was last used.

It does not hold your real name (your username is whatever you chose), email address, IP address, location, card, or a viewing history. That record lives outside the part of the server that the web can reach.

Cookies. Signing in sets two cookies on dianaanddamien.com: a signed session cookie that your browser holds but scripts cannot read, and a one-character flag that tells the page you are signed in. The Archives reader sets a third, scoped to /the-soft-archives/, so the uncensored chapters open. Signing out removes them. There are no advertising cookies.

Your controls. On /members/ you can see every signed-in device and sign any of them out, sign out everywhere at once, change your password, get a new recovery code, and wipe your account — which deletes the record described above. Wiping does not refund anything and does not undo a purchase on CCBill's side; see the Refund Policy for that.

Paying

Payments are taken by CCBill, our payment processor, on CCBill's own page. CCBill collects your card details, billing address and email address there, keeps them under CCBill's privacy policy (linked from its payment page), and emails you the receipt. CCBill tells us that a payment went through and which product it was for, so the site can set up your membership or unlock a package. CCBill never sends us your card number, and we never ask for it. Your card statement shows CCBill's name and phone number, not ours.

Watching and downloading

Our videos, photo sets and VR files are stored with Bunny.net. When you press play or download, your browser fetches the file from Bunny using a short-lived signed link that the site makes for you on the spot. Bunny therefore sees the address the request came from and what was fetched, as any video host does, under Bunny's privacy policy. Bunny does not know who you are, and we do not receive a per-member log of what was played.

Email you send us

Our address is softboydamien@gmail.com, which is Google Mail. When you write, we keep the conversation for as long as it takes to deal with it, and longer only where the law requires a record — for example a copyright notice or a content complaint, which are handled as our DMCA and Complaints & Content Removal pages describe. Writing to us never puts you on a list. We do not send marketing email of any kind.

Who else sees anything

Only the companies named above, each for its one job: CCBill for payment, Bunny.net for streaming and downloads, Google for analytics and for the email you send us, and our web host for keeping the site up. We do not sell, rent, trade or share information about you with anyone else. We would disclose something only if a valid legal order required it, or to resolve a complaint under our Complaints page. The reports we owe our payment processor about complaints and take-downs contain counts and dates, not members.

Keeping it safe

Everything travels over HTTPS. Passwords and recovery codes are stored only as one-way hashes. The private key behind each account is never shown or typed, and lives only in server files the web cannot reach. Session cookies cannot be read by scripts. The member records live outside the web-facing folder of the server. No card data exists on our systems at all. No system is perfect: if something ever went wrong with member data, we would say so, plainly, on the site.

Your rights

Whatever your local law calls them, you can ask us to show you what we hold about your account, to correct it, or to delete it — or just wipe it yourself on /members/. Email us; we will confirm it is really you by asking you to sign in, because your username and password are the only things that connect a record to a person, and then do it within a few days. Analytics cookies can be refused with a browser setting at any time.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything that changes what we collect will be announced on the site before it takes effect.
