The recovery code is the way back in if you forget your PIN. There's no email on file unless you choose to add one. Making a new one retires the old one.
Write it down or save it somewhere safe. It won't be shown again.
What we store about you
- A member id that is a one-way hash of your key — not the key itself.
- Your PIN and recovery code as hashes — we can't read them back, and neither can anyone who takes the file.
- Your ♥ picks and ✓ watched marks, so they can follow you between devices.
- One row per signed-in device: computer / phone / tablet, the day it signed in, the day it was last used.
- Not your name, IP address, location, card, or what you watched when. No email unless you choose to add one for new-content alerts. The 18+ acknowledgement stays on your device and never reaches us.
Wipe everything we store
Deletes your picks, marks, devices and PIN. Your key stays yours — you can set it up again from scratch afterwards.
