Delivery Policy

Nothing we sell is shipped. Everything on this site is digital and is delivered the moment your payment goes through.

• Memberships unlock right away. Sign in with your username and password and every tape in your membership plays in your browser on any device, with no app and no download.
• PPV packages unlock on this site as soon as they are paid for, and stay unlocked for good, even after a membership ends.
• VR files download from the tape's page to your headset or computer. A download link is good for a few days; open the tape again for a fresh one whenever you need it.

There are no delivery emails to wait for, no software to install, and no physical goods, so there is no shipping address, no shipping cost, and no delivery time. If something does not load or does not play, email softboydamien@gmail.com and one of us will sort it out within seven business days.
