Preparation: This version requires a little prep work. You’ll want to buy a Jenga set, then number the pieces from 1 to 54. Each number will correspond to an action from the action list. Make sure to number them on the broad sides so nobody knows which number is being pulled! Either print out the action lists or put them in a notes app on your phone. If you want to drink, change every “Skip turn” into “Drink!”
Gameplay: Set up the Jenga pieces on a table. Sit in a circle around the tower. Take turns pulling the blocks, reading the number, then performing the associated action.
Ending the Round: The round is over when the tower falls! If you’re drinking, the person who topples the tower has to take a shot.

Rounds 6+
The sixth round will need to be tailored to your specific group! Here are some suggestions for Jenga gameplay:
- Scan through the list of sex positions (linked below) and add as many activities as you’d like. You can double them up like in the previous rounds, or simply add enough “Skip turn”s to fill in the numbers you don’t use.
- Because this round involves penetration, it will have to be modified depending on the amount of penises and vaginas in play.
- Gameplay continues as usual.
- You can either come up with a certain amount of time for all actions, or get rid of the timer entirely and just go with the flow (things should be moving in this direction anyway).
- This round is less about breaking the ice and more about giving everyone an excuse to try positions they might not otherwise try. If you already know each other, you can skip right to this round!
